My Day 1 in Prague- dinning and Charle Bridge
What words would come up in your mind about Prague? Nazi? Jewry?
Actually, These Are the only words I thought about Prague before I visited this beautiful city. To be honest, Prague was not on my bucket list. I didn't know much about it before.
The only facts I knew about it are:
1) capital of Czech
2) located in central Europe
3) one of the victim countries During the Nazi Period.
Our plan of the trip: spend three days in Prague, then go to Vienna for another three days. Prague and Vienna are close to each other. People tend to travel BOTH cities in A SINGLE TRIP. We found that it's better to visit Vienna first. Due to the living standard in Vienna is a bit higher than Prague. So we spent much less in Vienna, because we thought everything was expensive according to the living standard in Prague XD.
DAY 1
We arrived on a late afternoon. After we settled down, it's almost at dinner time. So we wanted to have a Czech dinner. We went to a restaurant near the entry of the Old Town Square (Road). I think it's the first restaurant after crossing the traffic light (heading from CHARLES BRIDGE).
After a wonderful dinner, we decided to walk around the Charles Bridge and visit the night view of it. Also, to do some walking because we were sooooooo full at that time. The night scenes of Charles Bridge is super nice! In the morning, it's a strict old man. But in the evening, it changed into a charming and romantic gentleman by the lights. Although it's crowded as same as daytime, it's a bit cooler. Walking through the bridge is a good choice in summer. It would be a bad option in winter as the temperature is very low in Prague, like mines.
